A new foam roller and stretch class, perfect for athletes of all calibers (from weekend warriors to competitors) and those who want to become more flexible. Christy will guide you through dynamic and static (traditional) stretching, teaching you the “when” and “how” of each to help optimize your performance. She will also incorporate foam rolling into the class, which is a great self-care tool for anyone, and can help you avoid stiffness and pain after a workout. If you have your own foam roller and mat, bring them along. There will be extras available if you don’t have them.
Cost is $12 for a drop-in rate, $10/class for a five class pass
